Hi! My name is Stephanie Barbee. Thank you for visiting and trusting me in supporting your growth and healing. Spectrum of Healing, LLC is a black, queer-owned holistic mental health practice that is led by an affirming and experienced life-long learner. Our practice explores mind, body, and soul, going beyond just coping to make space for healing through such interventions as brainspotting, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing.We have experience in working with attachment challenges and big T and little T traumas, as well as "life is hard right now" stressors.
We also specialize in educational training, workshop facilitation, conference presentations, and coaching.
